Welcome to Rocky Shores Retreat – Your Door County Escape!
Nestled on the serene bayfront, Rocky Shores Retreat is the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our cottage offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. Located just 20 minutes from Sturgeon Bay, you'll enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions while savoring the peace and quiet of a private road.

Cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen, stocked with more than just the essentials. From local brats to homemade scones, you'll have everything you need to create delicious meals. The dining table seats 8, making it the heart of your family gatherings.

Master Bedroom: King bed, luxurious linens, and plenty of storage.
Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds with updated flooring for a fresh, modern feel.
Bunkhouse: A separate retreat with a bunk bed (sleeps 3), queen sleeper sofa, and TV. Perfect for kids or extra guests. (Note: No bathroom in the bunkhouse.)
Bathroom:
A single, well-appointed bathroom with soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, plus a heater for post-shower coziness.

Relax on the large deck shaded by cedar trees, play yard games in the expansive backyard, or explore Little Sturgeon Bay with our 4 kayaks (available May–September). The firepit area, complete with Adirondack chairs and included firewood, is perfect for marshmallow roasting and stargazing.
The south-facing brick patio offers a cozy spot to grill on the Weber or sip your morning coffee when the bay breeze picks up. Whether you're lounging in the hammock, playing bag toss, or simply soaking in the views, there's something for everyone.

We are Dana & Timothea and we live and work in Green Bay, but have been coming to Door County for our whole lives. We wanted to share our love for the area with our guests by opening Rocky Shores Retreat!

We purchased the cottage as both a family getaway and as a vacation rental so that we could share our love of Door County and the Southern Door area with our family and also with our guests.
