On a prominent hillside, surrounded by forests, meadows, fields and plantations, 4 km outside of Sineu, the spacious property, which dates from the 16th century and is located on a 100,000 sqm plot, impresses with its unique distant view Serra Llevante.
Via the wide main terrace you reach both the beautiful entrance area and the large kitchen with dining area, the apartment of this lovingly restored manor house that was completely renovated in 2015. (There is only this apartment in the entire property) Via the central entrance area you can access the living room with satellite.-TV as well as 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Another double bedroom with dressing room and another bathroom is on the upper floor. (An additional Bathroom is outside).
Enjoy the outdoor area with its wonderful seating on various terraces and the garden with pool and lounging areas - always with a view of the beautiful surroundings.

Heavenly house

We stayed for 10 days and could have stayed forever. The photos do not do the house and the surrounding grounds justice. The views are spectacular. It is so peaceful. There are donkeys, goats and chickens providing the soundtrack to your stay and every day it was a joy to spend time with the animals. There are extensive grounds, a gorgeous pool, multiple seating areas and everything has been considered. Two options of coffee machines, inflatables for the pool, cool boxes for day trips, multiple towels and clean sheets. The beds are comfortable, the showers and bathrooms are great and the kitchen is well equipped. You couldn’t need more. Cati and Biel are great too. Always on hand if you have questions and left is welcome gifts of cold drinks, beer, wine, bread and meats. I hugely recommend staying here.

Diese Finka ist ein Paradies! Alles ist sehrr gepflegt und so liebevoll eingerichtet, kaum ein Tag, an dem wir nicht ein weiteres Detail entdeckt haben, was uns erfreut hat. Was unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert hat, sind die Tiere dort, die wir alle ins Herz gescghlossen haben. Die Gatgeber waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Einen Fehler haben wir begangen: Wir haben zu viele Ausflüge gemacht, sodass wir unser "Paradies" zu häufig verlassen haben. Dieser Fehler wird und nächstes Mal nicht wieder passieren. Danke Cati und Biel, wir kommen wieder Liebe Grüße von uns allen

Wundervolle Finca in exponierter Lage

Ein detailverliebtes Haus mit viel Charme! Dabei super sauber und wunderschön! Cati und Biel sind sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Tiere (Esel, Ziegen und Hühner) sind Teil der Finca und jeden Tag eine neue Freude! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Diese Finca war perfekt für unseren Urlaubsaufenthalt mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3,5 Jahre). Die Anlage ist riesig und die Tiere haben das Urlaubserlebnis für unsere Kinder perfekt gemacht. Sie konnten täglich toben und in den Pool springen. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich bei Bedarf um alles Notwendige. Die Lage ist im Inselinneren und bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die Landschaft. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind wundervoll. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung auf Mallorca sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Sineu in der näheren Umgebung bietet alle notwendigen Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Man kann von dort aus auch mit der Bahn nach Palma fahren. Ein wirklich zu empfehlendes Objekt in ruhiger perfekter Lage. Man stört niemanden und kann rund um entspannen.

Me faltan palabras para expresar la felicidad que sentimos al haber encontrado este alojamiento. Todo se ha desarrollado a las mil maravillas. Sehr schöne Finca im Herzen Mallorcas mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und viel Platz im Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafraum. Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Gesellschaftsspiele, Grill, Waschmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern.

Das Haus sowie die gesamte Anlage sind wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Anwesen bietet einen tollen Ausblick und reichlich Platz mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie großem Sportangebot (Tischtennis, Dart, Badminton etc). Alles war tip top sauber! Wir wurden von den Eigentümern sehr freundlich empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet und wurden regelmäßig mit frischen Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern versorgt. Neben Hühnern gibt es auch Ziegen, Katzen und Esel, die zum Anwesen gehören.

Unser Traum

Das Landhaus liegt zwischen Sineu und Lloret de Vistalegre. Der Blick auf die weitläufige Landschaft ist sensationell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern mit mallorquinischen Details und man merkt sofort, dass sich die Gäste hier wohlfühlen sollen. Ein großer Pool rundet den WOW-Effekt nochmal richtig ab. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Eigentümern Cati und Biel begrüßt. Uns wurde ein Willkommenspaket (inkl. frischen Eiern der eigenen Hühner) zusammengestellt von dem wir mehr als begeistert waren. Es hat uns hier wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Zum Haus gehören ein paar Hühner und Ziegen sowie vier Esel. Für uns war es ein richtiges Highlight und wir vermissen die Tiere ganz schrecklich. Sie verhalten sich absolut ruhig und "wohlerzogen". Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Muchas gracias Cati y Biel. Hasta la próxima.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf einer fantastischen Finca

Liebe Cati, lieber Biel, wir durften in der vergangenen Woche eine tolle Woche auf Eurer zauberhaften Finca verbringen. Die Finca, das Grundstück und der Blick in die Ferne sind noch schöner, als es die Bilder zeigen können. Die Aufteilung des Herrenhauses ist perfekt um mit 2 bis 3 Pärchen entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Es ist genügend Raum vorhanden um auch mal für sich zu sein. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt - beginnend bei einer umfangreichen Küchenausstattung, über Hygieneartikel bis hin zur Tischtennisplatte und Luftmatratze. Cati und Biel sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber und standen immer für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Ebenso wurden wir bei Ankunft mit einem Willkommenspaket (Wein, Obst und div. Lebensmittel) begrüßt, als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes mit frischen Eiern und lecker Ensaimadas versorgt. Um die Müllentsorgung mussten wir uns auch nicht kümmern. Die Tiere der Finca (Esel, Ziegen und Hühner) hatten wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen. Wir kommen bereits seit 10 Jahren nach Mallorca und verbringen unsere Urlaube in Ferienwohnungen /-häuser. Die Finca Valparaiso war bisher mit Abstand das schönste Ferienhaus, auch durch die tollen Gastgeber. Ein Paradies

Einfach unglaublich wie bemüht und nett Biel und Cati uns empfangen und sich die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes um uns gekümmert haben. Das Haus mit seiner einsamen Lage bot uns genau das was wir gesucht haben, viel Ruhe! Es war perfekt ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Unsere Gastgeber Biel und Cati haben uns 14 Tage Ruhe und Erholung in ihrer schönen Ferien-Finca vergönnt! Esel, Hühner und Ziegen, alle wohlerzogen und "ruhig ", sorgten beim Beobachten täglich für Entspannung. Paradiesische Ruhe mit Topausstattung

Die Wirklichkeit wird von der Beschreibung und den Fotos dieser wunderschönen Finca die wir im September besuchen durften noch übertroffen. Eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung in intakter ländlicher Umgebung. Das Haus ist top renoviert und ausgestattet (Handtücher, Küchenausstattung etc.). Die riesige Terrasse ist ein idealer Ort zum Frühstücken, Abendessen, Wein trinken ...mit Blick auf einen unbegrenzten Horizont. Der große Pool lädt zum Schwimmen. Alles in allem beste Voraussetzungen für tiefenentspannten Urlaub vom Alltagsstress. Wir danken unseren freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Wirtsleuten Caty und Biel (Frühstückseier vom eigenen Hof) für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Juana regelt alles telefonisch auf deutsch (und gibt beste Restauranttipps!!). Wir (Paar besten Alters :-) ) würden das Haus jederzeit all unseren Freunden für einen erholsamen, wunderbaren Urlaub empfehlen. I. und D.
