On the outskirts of the charming and picturesque rural village of Lloret de Vista Alegre, Sa Rota de Can Blanc is located, a cosy rural-style cottage that offers a perfect refuge for those wishing to explore the island of Mallorca while enjoying the peace and tranquillity of nature. This property has been carefully decorated by its owners, who have managed to maintain the authentic Mallorcan character, with details such as exposed beams and typical regional fabrics, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



The house features a spacious living-dining room, equipped with television and DVD player for moments of relaxation. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, ideal for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Sa Rota de Can Blanc has three cosy bedrooms: a double room, a twin room, and a single room, offering capacity for up to 5 people. Additionally, the house has a full bathroom and a shower room, which includes a washing machine for guests' greater convenience.



Outside, there is a charming porch with garden furniture, which provides access to the Roman-style swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. Next to the pool, there is a beautiful furnished terrace, ideal for relaxing or enjoying an outdoor meal. Moreover, the property has a covered barbecue area where guests can prepare delicious grilled dishes in an idyllic setting.



The house is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of pine and oak trees, which guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Furthermore, the property is fully fenced, providing security and comfort for those travelling with children.



The picturesque village of Lloret de Vista Alegre is just 2 km away, where you can enjoy its weekly market, supermarkets, restaurants, and other local services. Additionally, the nearby village of Sineu, just 5 km away, offers an excellent option for dining out or exploring more about local culture.



Thanks to its strategic location in the heart of the island, Sa Rota de Can Blanc allows easy access to the main coasts of Mallorca, located just 30-35 minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beaches of the south, north, and east of the island are a short distance away, providing a wide variety of options to enjoy the sun and sea.



The tourist tax is included in the price, and the house has air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warmest months.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
