Bright apartment (70 sqm) with all-round view right at the bottom - fishing, free WiFi

Our apartment offers places to stay with a great panoramic view of the landscape for any weather, be it the south-facing roof terrace for sunbathing, the sheltered balcony to the east or the winter garden in cooler temperatures. Even in winter you can enjoy the wonderful view from the dining table over the very large windows.

The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor. There is a spacious shower room and the bedroom with box spring bed (1.80X2.00). The internal staircase is the connection to the living-dining area on the level above.

The kitchen is complete (4 ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) There is also a Senseo espresso machine for the round, inexpensive tabs (e.g. from Edeka or Aldi) and a mechanical milk frother (Tchibo) - heat in the pot, then foam. The milk coffee friends know what I mean.
There is also free WiFi.
The television signal comes from a central satellite dish (ASTRA). There is a pull-out couch for two more beds. In this respect, there is a separate sleeping facility. There is also a separate sofa bed for one person that does not need to be converted.

Of course you can also listen to music through our corresponding system.

Depending on the time of year and day, the winter garden is the popular place to stay.

You live very spacious on about 70 square meters.

caution!! we have a "mirror apartment" (see under 2739722) in the house that can be rented additionally. So acquaintances can spend their vacation in separate apartments, but with a shared winter garden.

The large property is of course for shared use. The apartment has a parking space for your car. You can park your bikes in the covered area of the garden shed. There is a covered seat in the garden. The property borders on a low. This can be used for fishing (with a fishing license and purchase of a guest card from the fishing club that leased the water) or for other water sports (paddling, etc.).

The house as a whole is equipped with underfloor heating under tiles. So carpets are in short supply.
