Apparemment très bien situé mais mal entretenu et très sale à notre arrivée poils de chat de chien…., . Chambre encombré beaucoup de bric à brac, internet ne fonctionne pas, clim de la chambre également. Les équipements sont vétuste.L’annonce ne laisse pas apparaître les défauts, si ce bien n’est pas rénové a fuir car vous serez sûrement déçu et devrait être relogé en urgence comme ce fut le cas pour nous!!!Nous avons gâché deux nuit de nos vacances sans compter le stress de pas retrouver une location en plein saisons.Le propriétaire n’a pas été sérieux de louer un bien dans cette états dommages car ce bien a un très grand potentiel avec un peu de travaux et de sérieux dans sont entretien.

Équipements non vétustes! Tv neuves, plaque a induction de 2 ans, four et micro -onde idem (2ans) Certes livebox en panne ,le temps que le technicien arrive ! C est toujours long avec orange. Clim de la chambre fonctionne .A mon retour, j ai retrouvé la télécommande ds 1 placard ,il suffisait de chercher! De plus même sans telecommande le bouton arrêt /marche existe sur le Split mural.. Peut-être pas vraiment impeccable ,cela je vous l' accorde au niveau propreté.C est vraiment la seule chose qui pouvait vous gêner .
