The house has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and gorgeous views from both levels of the home. Enjoy the infinity edge pool with ocean views—perfect for a sunset cocktail



The Space:

The open concept common area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing at the end of the day. Sunbathe during the day and enjoy the sunset at night on the pool deck and/or the private master balcony.

Private pool and water front access to Ten Bay Beach by kayak or Standup Paddle.

Fantastic Setting

Wonderful stay at Ten Bay Paradise! The property is clean and well appointed, short walk to Ten Bay Beach, comfortable and with beautiful vistas on all sides. The pics describe it accurately. We enjoyed the pool and snorkeled off the back side of the home using the masks and life vests provided. Highly recommend this property.

The house is in the perfect location on the edge of Ten Bay. We were able to swim to the beach and snorkel in front of the house. Everything we needed was at the house. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The outdoor shower is an incredible bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Villa in Eleuthera - Ten Bay Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this villa (South Palmetto Point). The owner and property manager made the process easy and had great follow-up. The villa was very clean, well maintained and had an impressive view. We had a blast in the pool, snorkeling the ocean from the property and kayaking/paddleboarding. Amazing sunsets here. Very safe area. I would highly recommend!!

Beautiful home

Family with two teenagers, repeat visitors of Eleuthera. Had an incredible time staying for a week in this beautiful home. Incredible views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. Center of the mainland with grocery stores less than 15 minute drive on either side. Fully stocked kitchen. Originally, we booked this home because it had cliff access for our kids to jump off into the water and the stunning pool. It did not disappoint!! Keep in mind that the main bedroom upstairs does not have a bedroom door and open to the stairs on one side, if that’s important to you. Communication with the owner and property manager was unmatched!

Family vacation in Eleuthera

We had the most amazing family vacation at Ten Bay Paradise in Eleuthera. The house is modern and spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. The location of the home is amazing, atop a cliff overlooking the entire Caribbean Sea. It’s also extremely private within a safe “neighborhood” off the beaten path, you feel like you are truly getting away from it all. I love that my two kids spent their entire vacation outside - they were jumping in the pool at 6:00am, then after our morning pool swim we jumped into the ocean and snorkeled around the bay, it’s full of sea turtles. Then in the afternoon we took the kayak and paddle board to the beach (a 2 minute ride or 5 minute walk) and enjoyed the rest of the day there. It was exactly the family time we needed. Communication with the owner was great, she was quick to respond to any questions and was extremely informative. The property manager, who lives on the island, was also always readily available to answer any questions I had. I recommend Ten Bay Paradise 100%, my family and I are already planning our return next summer!!

Secluded

Ten Bay Paradise. 90 min from North Eleuthera airport. 30 min from Govenors Harbor. 15 min to Island Fresh Farm Market. House is wonderful with tons of space and multiple decks and outdoor space. Kitchen is well set up for all the cooking you’ll be doing. The generator is a must on Eleuthera. We lost power daily, but almost never noticed as the generator automatically kicked on. WiFi is plenty fast. Pool is heated. Grill was great, but must be lit with matches. Steps to the water/landing/ladder can be precarious. Paddleboard had a broken fin, so we couldn’t use it, and the kayak was heavy…difficult to get down and up the steps (a little water logged). When the tide is low, it’s quite a drop to the water. Difficult to launch the kayak. You will depend heavily on Fresh Island Farms for your groceries. Really a great place, and saved us on more than one occasion for food. You are quite isolated here. Great for privacy and a million dollar view, but going to restaurants became quite a hassle. The road to the Villa is awful! And it’s quite scary to drive the Queen’s Highway at night. Eventually we stocked up on some groceries and cooked our meals at the Villa.

Ten bay getaway

Travelled with a family group of six adults (three couples), and the house was perfectly appointed for that size group. The house felt spacious and yet had a feeling of coziness that we didn't feel separated. It had awesome light throughout the day, and the views upstairs were amazing. The pool and patio had everything you needed to spend the day lounging. Plenty of beach/pool towels provided. We would wake up in the morning, sneak down to the rock landing and dive in, and then straight to the outdoor shower and pool all before breakfast! The provided kayak and SUP board were great, and there were even noodle floats provided to use while just floating in the sea. It took about 5 minutes on the kayak or SUP board to lazily paddle to ten bay beach, which you could almost walk most of the way it was so shallow. Ten bay was great and convenient for around the house days. It is deep (10-15') by the house, so no worries diving right in. Dina was a great host and checked on us through the stay, and even text me and let me know a festival was in town the next day. Ann the property manager, was very responsive, but we tried not to bother her at all. Didn't really have a reason too! You must rent a car here, I wouldn't see how you could enjoy the island without one. So much more to write about the island, the restaurants, and island farm (best store on island), and the property, but in short- all good things. We truly enjoyed Ten Bay Paradise, and would definitely rent again.
