Lovely studio for 2 near the Seine
In the heart of the 15th arrondissement, this cozy 24 m² accommodation has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It's ideal for a romantic getaway.

You'll find the “ Centre Commercial Beaugrenelle ” at 700 m from the building for your small daily purchases.
The neighborhood is well served by public transport. So it's easy to get to all the sights of Paris.

- Arc de Triomphe 25 minutes by bus;
- the Louvre Museum, also 25 minutes away;
- the Pantheon 30 minutes by subway; and many more...

Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
