In the heart of the mountain sector Prat-de-Bouc, at the foot of the ski lift, we offer you this superb 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Grange des Roches. It has a capacity to accommodate 6 people. Numerous hiking trail and mountain bike path departures will be available to you.



This accommodation features a living room with TV, open to its dining room decorated in a chalet style.



You will also find a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, citrus press, raclette appliances...).



You can also enjoy 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 80X190 and 1 bed of 140X190 per room. A bathroom with shower and its independent toilet will be at your disposal. Central heating is gas-powered.



You can enjoy a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



A cleaning kit (vacuum cleaner, broom, products...) is provided as well as an iron and ironing board and a clothes horse.



You will also find just next to the building, the Buron de Prat de Bouc to eat and taste our Auvergne specialities.



All shops and services are located in Murat, a village 10 km from this accommodation.



Non-smoking accommodation. Pets accepted with a supplement of 35 euros. No internet connection. No lift.



Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented on site upon request.



Cleaning must be done before your departure. If you wish the cleaning to be done by our service providers, it will cost you 60 euros.
