You live in the surroundings of a nature reserve and on a large plot of land just a few meters from the Szczecin Lagoon. There is a small, tranquil beach next to the house, which can be reached via a protective dam. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find forests, meadows and water, making it an ideal place for nature lovers. There are very good conditions for cyclists, the cycle paths here are particularly beautiful. In the well-kept garden there are many beautiful flowers, trees and shrubs. There is also a fireplace on the property. The property adjoins a small stable with a paddock, which is owned by the owner of the house. The house is well and comfortably furnished. In spring and fall, the main source of heating in the house is the fireplace in the living room, which provides pleasant warmth throughout the house. The large bedroom has air conditioning, which provides pleasant cooling on hot days. The house has a beautiful panoramic view of the Szczecin Lagoon from the terrace and the balcony on the second floor. Horse riding is available at a riding stables 12 km away.
