Walking distance to Lake Tahoe beach, trails for hiking/biking/cross country, and regional park with tennis, Frisbee golf, and soccer.

A large, vintage family home with a open back yard for games and walking distance to the Lake! The split level offers privacy among your group. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with filtered lake views and another room with a queen and a twin bed. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area make it easy for everyone to gather. There is plenty of seating with extra leaves for the table if needed. There is a full shared bathroom plus a half bath on this level for easy use. Downstairs includes two more bedrooms, both hold a queen plus one twin in each room. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combo.

This home is located close to Kings Beach which offers a wide variety of activities for the whole group. Downtown Kings Beach has restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The very popular and large Kings Beach has options for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and more. In the Winter months, Northstar, Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak are all within close distance.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in this driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

A gem near the lake

The house was more than expected. 4 bedrooms with a total of 1 king bed; 3 queen beds and 3 single beds. Everyone in our group of 8 slept like they were home. As

Close by the Lake

It was accurately described in the listing. Right across the street from the lake. It worked well for our family. Having the extra 1/2 bath was a plus. Plenty of fans and windows to get cross breeze. There was enough room for all 8 of us to sit at the table for meals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a cozy, comfortable, convenient cabin in Tahoe Vista. The views were beautiful, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the dining space just right for our group dinner gatherings. We loved the CAL Bears memorabilia!

Come stay at someone’s grandmas house

Well stocked kitchen, new stove, coffee maker and grill. The beds… all the linens are mismatched and the beds and pillows themselves will leave you hurting if you’re not under 25. We did bring a 1 year old, it was a nice touch having a high chair and we were able to find a baby gate in the garage. The water is less than a 3 min walk as well as a yummy steak house. Over all pretty views but very dated home.
