Perfect Vacation Home with Excellent Amenities

This home was perfect for our family summer vacation. The pool was perfect and included a lot of fun activities for our children to enjoy. We spent a lot of time enjoying the home and the pool and found it to meet all of our needs. The owner was attentive and checked in to make sure they were meeting our expectations! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation home in Cape Coral.

Host and home exceeded expectations

We had the best and most relaxing stay! Rachel was the best host ever! She was super accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and was super clean! The towels, linens, and dishes were all new and in great condition. The beds were also very comfortable! Our favorite place to spend time was the amazing pool and patio!!! The pool was warm, very big, and deep! There are even fun water toys to enjoy! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the Fort Myers area. Thank you, Rachel! Fantastic stay with a wonderful host!!!

Third time Charm

Rachel and Coral Breeze Villa always are beyond our expectations. This was our third visit to our adopted "home away from home" and we had a fantastic week. The location is central to shopping and within a 30 minute drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Costco, Lake Park, Sam's, and our favorite discovery this year Brightwater Lagoon. The Coral Breeze pool was the most relaxing place to end a busy day.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

We had the best time here, everything was well stocked, including beach/pool towels! The house is very nice, host was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

This house was perfect for my girls get away. Location was perfect to go north or south. House was super clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was amazing to enjoy the weather. Communication was also great. I would stay here again.

Another amazing stay

We stayed our third time at the villa and was awesome as always. Rachel is seconds away if something is needed, property was clean and with a few new updates (TVs in the bedrooms) since our last stay. Overall, highly recommended to stay with family and enjoy nearby beaches. If you are in the area, don't miss it!

Relaxing stay! Loved the pool!

We really enjoyed our time in this wonderful home. Home is equiped with everything you need. We loved the dock view and the warm pool. House was convenient to everything. And host was best we have ever stayed with. I mentioned we could use more washclothes, and she had a dozen more delivered from Amazon the next day. She was very responsive! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home, Nice View and Pool

The home was clean, the check-in process was super easy with a door code, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our family of 6. We loved the pool and view! We had some questions during our stay and Rachel was super responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we come to Cape Coral.

Amazing Snowbird Rental

What an amazing stay we had at Coral Breeze Villa. The home is beautiful and was in the perfect location for what we wanted and needed. We especially loved the pool. It was warm for when the grandkids visited. We spent lots of time in there and ate outside every meal with the beautiful weather we had. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the nice pans and knives set they had. Rachel was very responsive to any questions we had and even checked in periodically to see how we were doing or if we had any questions. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again next year!

Relaxation at its finest!

This was a great vacation spot for me.and my husband to get away from our busy loves. We fished off the dock everyday and visited some of the local areas. A few places we ate that were really good were the Monkey Bar (love music and good food), Two Meatballs in a Kitchen, and our favorite was Fancys southern Cafe. My husband and and I were very surprised with how good.it was. We definitely would stay here again!

Review Cape Coral Villa

We had an amazing stay at this lovely villa, the photos don’t do it justice as to the amount of space there is, lots to do with games provided and pool toys. Would love to stay again one day! Rachel checked in with us on arrival to check everything was ok and answered any questions that we had! One of the best villas we have stayed in!

Granddaughter said this is Paradise

We had a most enjoyable week staying at Coral Breeze. Everything we needed and more were there for us to have a blast with our 6 yr old granddaughter who called it Paradise. We will definitely be back in the future to a place we feel home away from home. Thanks to Rachel for being an awesome hostess.

Don't think about it, book it!

We had so much fun! The pool was incredible, the house is beautiful and welcoming. The amenities that were available saved us so much money on things we usually buy and have throw away before we leave. We highly recommend taking a day trip to Siesta Key, its absolutely gorgeous and worth the drive. We spent 80% of our time at the house and it was a perfect getaway for my 40th birthday.

Such a Lovely Home

My husband and I spent a week here at the end of January. The home is spacious, spotless and well appointed. We especially loved the kitchen, lanai and pool areas. The king-sized bed in the primary bedroom was uber comfy and as I am bather, I really appreciated the tub in the 2nd bathroom! The weather did not cooperate for us, as there was an unusual cold snap, but we still enjoyed watching some of our shows out on the patio, on the new tv. Our host, Rachel, was available for any questions that we had with quick and kind attention. All in all, it was a great relaxing week in not so sunny Florida!! :)

Another great stay!

First it was in April and now in November. We spent another awesome week at the villa. Kids enjoyed the pool even more than the first time and we adults got to relax and recharge by the canal and the pool. As usual, Rachel was seconds away for any questions and the villa was clean, spacious and comfortable for us all. Before we left, the kids asked: "When are we coming back?". We'll definitely be back!

The location of this villa is stunning, you would never guess you were in the middle of a city. The neighborhood is very quite.On arrival the villa gave my wife and I a homely feel. The villa has everything you would need from kitchen accessories, games, dvd's, lots of beach equipment, fishing rods, kayaks and pool toys. Amazing.The pool is stunning with an exception seating area, by far the largest pool we have had in a villa.Also loved watching the local birds and animals.Easy access to beaches and restaurants.
