Roomy and great location.

Stayed here for a few nights on a work trip. Conveniently located, well furnished, and communication with the manager was great. Would stay here again.

Kodiak Home Base

My brother, son and I had a layover in Kodiak before leaving for Larsen Bay. R&B's pad was a great centralized location and we walked to most places when we were exploring Kodiak. The home was comfortable and well stocked, we had a great time!

Perfect Setting

Five cousins and myself went up to Kodiak to see one of her other cousins who took a job working at a fish hatchery. Our stay was perfect and the host was exceptional. I have nothing but praise for them. Thank you for a wonderful spot to stay at an affordable price.

The layout was interesting and fun. The only glitch was the slow Firestick and internet said it went down so no tv in the middle bedroom but I needed to go to sleep anyway so no big deal. I am in communications and these things happen. Great place. I would stay again.

Best location for a multi-room rental in Kodiak

The property is just as advertised. It was actually closer to "downtown" than i expected. For those visiting Kodiak with multiple people or a large amount of gear, for hunting or fushing, this is ideal. Big Rays (sporting good store) is next door which was huge bonus for us. Clean, convenient and reasonably priced.

Very nice - enjoyed the stay immensely! Not a big issue, but is located on a busy thoroughfare. A really nice property for a stay in Kodiak!

Fishing stopover

Perfect spot close to downtown. We did not rent a car during our fishing adventure. We were able to be centrally located.
