5 star holiday home with unobstructed sea views, direct waterfront and a private boat.

Welcome to our stylish and brightly decorated holiday home on the Great Sea. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake, the beach, the distance, the wind and weather. Here you can surf, sail, paddle, boat and bicycle riding or walking, fishing, relax, unwind, enjoy East Frisian culture, make an island excursion. Just enjoy your time out and feel comfortable.

About 90 square meters extends open living with a cozy dining area, high-quality fitted kitchen and sofa lounge area with fireplace for relaxing evenings. Due to the increased construction of the house the view is to enjoy from your couch on the water itself (the house is not accessible). 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath, 1 terrace, 1Loggia, circumferential web and boat launch. Guests can use a paddle boat and a rowing boat free of charge (seasonality of approximately April-October). An outboard motor can be rented on request to do so.
The property is surrounded on 3 sides by water. The large garden is oriented to the south, fenced and offers sandpit, playhouse with slide and swings and a cozy place to relax in a hammock and a barbecue.

We are pleased that our house was awarded by the German Tourism Association with 5 stars.

Tolle Lage!

Wer die Ruhe der Natur mag, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben! Das Haus liegt mitten in einer kleinen Siedlung, ausgerichtet mit den großen Fenstern auf den See, erste Reihe. Die Bilder entsprechen den Fotos und die Lage ist tatsächlich ein Traum! Wir konnten uns kaum satt sehen und haben besonders bei den Mahlzeiten vom Esstisch den Blick genossen! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte nur der Trockner, der in einem Inserat ausgeschrieben war. Das Elternbett ist tatsächlich mit Klettern verbunden, aber der Raum ist wirklich clever genutzt, und das Bett ohne Probleme erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen! Der See und die Natur bittet für uns viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Es ist nur wichtig zu wissen, dass es nur ein kleines Geschäft beim Campingplatz gibt, wo man wohl im Sommer Brötchen kaufen kann. Zum nächsten Geschäft sind es einige Kilometer! Uns stört das nicht! Sollte einem aber bewusst sein.

Tolle Lage sorgt für Entspannung pur

Eigentlich reicht ein einziges Wort aus, um den Urlaub in diesem Haus zu beschreiben: PERFEKT! Neben der grandiosen Lage war das Haus auch sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat aus unserer Sicht nichts gefehlt. Sogar Kanu und Ruderboot waren zur Nutzung vorhanden. Auch in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit gibt es nicht zu beanstanden. Ein sehr freundlicher Check in / Check out hat den Aufenthalt positiv abgerundet.

War mit meinen beiden Erwachsenen Töchtern in dem Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war vollkommen ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Sehr modernes und gut gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Seeblick! Wir waren mit einem 1jährigen Kind da. Reisebett, Hochstuhl und Buggy wurden für einen fairen Preis zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider konnten wir das Ruderboot nicht nutzen, da es das Wetter nicht zugelassen hatte. Aber in ca. 30min hat man einige Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele im Umfeld erreicht. (Aurich, Emden, Norddeich...) Beste Lage, sehr netter Kontakt, modern und top gepflegt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Familienurlaub par excellence

Das Ferienhaus hat seine 5 Sterne verdient: Die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen und noch ein bisschen mehr. Neben der Vollausstattung kann man selbst die eigene Strandmuschel und das Sandspielzeug zuhause lassen, befindet sich doch alles im und ums Haus. Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war es ein perfektes Domizil, dass einem auch bei Dauerregen die Decke nicht auf den Kopf fallen lässt. Zu empfehlen: Abends den Kamin anheizen und die Ruhe genießen. Der Urlaub im nächsten Jahr ist schon gebucht!
