This beautiful house (about 5km to Greetsiel) in Grimersum and has 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 2 shower rooms suitable for 8 persons (ideal for. Example for 2 families).
The sauna, the stove and the direct location on Greetsieler channel ('Greetmer Deep') invite for a holiday not only in summer. The beautiful beamed ceiling and the maritime design gives the house a very special character.

Downstairs is the spacious living / dining area with large doors leading to the terrace with uninterrupted views of meadows and fields. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, etc. In the adjacent storage room washer and dryer are housed. On the ground floor bathroom can be found next to the shower and the toilet a bidet and sauna. One of the (parent) bedroom (double bed) is also housed on the ground floor and therefore also suitable for carrying the grandparents interesting.

Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms (1 * double bed, 2 * with 2 single beds) and another shower-bath.
The bordering directly on the site channel has a connection to Greestiel and Emden; in summer by boat, partly in the winter. by ice! A rowing boat and a canoe are available (GEG fee). A pet can be brought along on request.


The house is located next to the house 'Kiek-Wiet' (on a photo on the right to see) in an absolutely quiet residential area (dead end). A nice public playground is just steps away, so you children also can be alone there.
