☕️ “Teetied” is Low German and means “tea time.” In East Frisia, people usually take time for tea together twice a day (and often more frequently). It’s a break from everyday life, a brief get-together, and a moment to slow down and savour the moment. We’d like to give you that same feeling of a break from the daily grind with a stay in our holiday home.

*Amenities*
Located on Reiherweg, the 90-square-meter single-roof house with a carport sits on a 380-square-meter, fully fenced-in lot. You enter the open-concept living room through the south-facing porch. Here you’ll find a living room suite that can be easily converted into extra sleeping spaces. Beneath the large Velux window is a dining set for 6 people, perfect for shared meals or game nights. Adjacent to the living room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a small breakfast table where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning, this room houses the heart of the home: the traditional East Frisian wood-burning stove, which warms the entire house cosily during the cold season and invites you to linger by the fire. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find the spacious, natural-light-filled bathroom with a bathtub, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a 180 x 200 cm bed, which can be supplemented with a safety rail or a travel cot. This makes sleeping in the family bed hassle-free, even while on holiday. Across the hall is the children’s bedroom with two additional sleeping spots and a cot. On the west-facing terrace, the lounge set invites you to enjoy a “sundowner” together.

In an outbuilding on the property, you’ll also find another bathroom with a shower and toilet, a washing machine, and an additional 200 x 200 cm bed. It’s the ideal sleeping arrangement for grandparents, a couple of friends, or even your teenage children.
