A living/dining room with a TV (and a fold-down bed (160 x 190 cm)) opening onto the terrace, a separate kitchen (4-burner cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven) also opening onto the terrace, and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Secure private parking is included. Bed linen and towels are provided.

10 minutes from Garavan train station, you can easily travel to Monaco, Italy, and throughout the region. Public parking is available near the apartment.

The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The newly renovated Menton Garavan port and the Sablettes quayside offer numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and organized shows.
