Escape to Wells, 'The Friendliest Town' in Maine, and experience an unforgettable stay at this family-friendly cottage! You'll reach the maximum level of coziness and relaxation in the living room, which has been furnished with nothing but comfort in mind. It's equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchair that are right in front of a wall-mounted smart TV with cable.

When it's time to cook, the well-equipped kitchen has your back! It boasts stainless steel appliances (including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, and microwave), a Keurig coffee maker, and a beautiful breakfast bar that seats three. The adjoining sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your meals, thanks to the four-person dining table–this space also offers a cozy loveseat.

This coastal-themed cottage has two bedrooms (each one with a flatscreen TV) and a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to the community's (unheated) outdoor pool, two gas grills in the central area near the pool, and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know
The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
The speed limit is 5 MPH on the grounds.
There are children’s games, toys, books, and dinnerware available.
The pool is not heated; it is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.
High-speed internet is perfect for working from home and streaming.
The Community Laundry Room is shared and the machines are coin operated. Please bring quarters to operate the machines.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My daughter and her children came away with me! The place was spotless. Had all you needed for kitchen amenities! Location was perfect! Also you have a pool if you didn’t want to go beach. But Maine beaches are amazing!!.

Instructions should be left in the cottage at least on the controller. Unit was clean and otherwise comfortable enough supplies and quiet. Parking was tight cut that rose bush

Clean, Updated, and Comfortable

The cottage is super clean. The AC worked great on the hottest week of the year. Ceiling fans are silent, kitchen is stocked...and even has sharp knives! Usually I bring my own and forgot them. The front porch was perfect for reading and gets the nice breeze that you hope for in Maine. My wife enjoyed reading out there every morning. Even the beds were comfortable. Perfect for a short getaway!

Good location between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Great communication from property management company. They checked in on us shortly after we arrived checking to see how everything was going I reported an issue with the AC unit and it was fixed very quickly. Clean.

Walking into the cottage... wow, everything looked new.. sparkling clean and well stocked. We loved the cottage, the screened in porch, the beds were very comfortable, you name it, we loved it. The only things that we found to be very slightly bothersome was the hot water took quite awhile to heat up, hence, a water waste, the master bedroom closet was locked, so no storage for that room. Other than those 2 trifling issues we thoroughly enjoyed the stay ! Thank you very much.

Great for our short family stay

Everything was nice & new! Enjoyed the brightness of the porch area where the table and extra couch were. Decorated cutely/cleanly. Lots of extra sheets and soft blankets provided. Only the one room w/ the 2 full beds did not have a ceiling fan (and no extra standing fan provided)- so for those who like a fan on while sleeping, just a FYI. Was a great space for our family's 2 night stay in the area!
