1. Renter Requirements: Renters must be 25 years of age or older and we will require photocopies of drivers licenses to ensure compliance with this rule. Families with children are the only exceptions to this rule.
2. Per the rules of Indian Rocks community, all reservations between 2 nights and 30 nights must submit a Short Term Rental Agreement and read the Indian Rocks Rules and Regulations. The rental agreement must be submitted to at least 1 week prior to the reservation date.
2. NO ACCESS TO THE POOL: Due to the abuse of the pool by previous guests, we no longer offer access to the community pool.
3. NO LOUD MUSIC - Please be mindful of the neighbors in the Indian Rocks community. You may be fined by the community if your music is too loud.
4. TRASH MUST BE PLACED IN THE TRASH CANS OUTSIDE. For the health and safety of the animals and wildlife, do not leave trash bags on the curb. You may be fined by the community if trash is not placed in appropriate trash bins.
5. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS: Due to Covid restrictions, please bring your own toiletries (soaps, shampoos, conditioners) and own your own towels.
6. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE DEER
7. ONLY TOILET PAPER AND HUMAN WASTE IN THE TOILETS: If the septic tank is clogged during your stay, you will be charged a $300 fee.
8. If you lose the house key, you will be charged a $50 replacement fee.
9. A PA fishing license is required for anyone who is 16 years of age and older. It is illegal to fish without a fishing license. PA fishing licenses are required to be displayed on an outer garment while fishing. Contact the campgrounds or the Wallenpaupack Sports Shop at 570-226-4797 for licensing info.
