The home was immaculate! Such a beautiful well taken care of home! The kitchen is a dream! We would definitely love want to stay here longer and again! Only thing is they definitely need a new grill for their outdoor patio.

1011 Salem Place is one of the nicest houses at Wallenpaupack Lake Estates. The house is modern, roomy, super clean, and has every amenity, including comfortable beds and tvs in every room. The host is very gracious and attentive, and communicates quickly and easily. Highly recommend.

From the owner: "Thank you so much for your kind words.
I appreciate your acknowledgment of the hard work for put in to keep the house clean and roomy."
Quiet, peaceful location on a dead-end street, this house provides a clean, comfortable and relaxing getaway. The reclining sofas are nap worthy! Beautiful, sparkling kitchen and bathrooms are much appreciated, too. We enjoyed the use of both the front and back decks and took advantage of the outdoor tv many times during our week there. Nicole, the property manager was fantastic answering all of my pre-trip questions and any I had during our stay. We will surely be looking to rebook next year!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
The house was nice but was lacking in a few areas. No wash cloths, no serving dishes, the grill out on deck had big holes in the bottom so when we grilled the grease ran right onto the deck. I put down tin foil but was concerned about it catching on fire. When we got there the sheets on the bed looked like they had not been washed so I had to wash all the bedding. Very disappointing.

From the owner: "Sorry about the grill. It will be repaired or replaced. Also, I spoke to my cleaning team about the sheets. They claim they were clean, but I insist they wash or replace them after each guest stay."
The house was very nice and a good size for our group. It is nicely updated is well stocked. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for prepping meals. TVs in each bedroom ensured that everyone could watch what they wanted at any time. I'm sure we would have loved the outdoor amenities, both at the house and in the area, if the weather was a little warmer. Watching the deer was one of our favorite pastimes during our stay. We spent most of our time in Hamlin which is a short 15-minute drive away. There's also a quaint inn about 5 minutes away that was quite friendly, the Totem Pole Inn. Both the owner and management company were very attentive during our visit. Although a little off the beaten path, some family thought it was a little far out, I would stay here again when back in the area.
