This single-storey villa is located in a very quiet urbanization, approx. 2 km from the LEVANTE beach. The house is south facing and from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Peñon de Ifach. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a 1-2 km radius.

The 90 sqm house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room, a living room with open kitchen, a dining room. In front of the house there is a terrace with an awning and the barbecue area, adjacent to the beautifully planted garden with lawn.
Around the 8m x 3.5m pool with stairs is the open terrace. An outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the enclosed property, there is a covered parking space.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem Pool, wir haben die Tage sehr genossen

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht, allerdings ist es mir inzwischen an der Costa blanca zu tropisch geworden …eine Klimaanlage wäre super, aber das ist mein eigenes Empfinden. Alles sehr schön und gut in dem Haus. Service wunderbar, alle sehr nett.

trastos innecesarios

la entrada del garaje es desagradable llena de trastos innecesarios, al igual que en el jardín. Ventilador roto. En el jardín hay depositados trastos que quitan su vista agradable. hay que controlar la tranpas de cucrachas.

Excellent séjour à Calpe. Casa Petra est très bien entretenue. Le lotissement Cometa est super calme. Séjour pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ( 8 et 10 ans ). La piscine est adéquate pour le 4. C'est un grand plaisir!!! Très proche de centre ville ( 5 minutes en voiture ). Commerces pour courses accessibles en voiture en moins de 3 minutes (Mercadona - Consum-LIDL). Plage la plus proche en moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Tout est accessible à pied, bien sûre, juste il faut rajouter un peu plus de temps et il fait du bien pour les jambes. Car la maison est sur une petite colline. Juste rajouter éventuellement sur l'annonce que le voisin (très gentil), passe touts le deux jours pour s'en occuper de la piscine et arroser le jardin. Il n'y a pas de clime, mais il y a un petit ventilateur dans la salle de séjour et sur le toit d'une des chambres. Calpe propose un grand nombre d'activités de sports aquatiques, de shopping, et de restaurants très variés. PS: Ah! Juste prévoir d'anti moustiques!!! Malgré les moustiquaires de la maison.
