The 130 square meter villa is in Landal Beach Resort Oooghduyne, approximately 800 meters from the dunes and the long sandy beaches of the North Sea. The villa is very cozy and comfortable for 6 people. On the ground floor you will find 1 bedroom with TV, bright living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, a small conservatory, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator incl. Freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with shower / bath and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms and a second Bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the beautiful garden you have from the terrace view of the high dunes!
Your dog you can bring like - in Julianadorp Dogs may accompany pet owners all year round at the beach and are welcome everywhere. (The garden of the villa, however, is not fenced)
In the house Wi-Fi is available kosternlos

In the area there is plenty to do, so it never gets boring to children. The newly built subtropical swimming pool has been opened in the summer 2016th Attractive playgrounds, a climbing park, 9-hole golf course, mini golf and Family Golf, tennis courts and horse riding facilities and plenty of attractions complete the offer

Endlich mal wieder Urlaub

Wir waren Ende Januar/Anfang Februar in diesem Haus und hatten eine stürmische Woche an der Nordsee. Das Haus war genau so, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Sitzgruppe super gemütlich, Geschirr und Besteck ausreichend, man musste nicht jeden Tag die Spülmaschine anschmeissen, damit man am nächsten Tag wieder Geschirr hatte. Kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Mooi en ruim huis. Iets verder van het strand dan verwacht. De afstand was voor ons te ver om lopend naar het strand te gaan. Maar genoeg parkeerplaatsen bij het strand dus geen probleem.

Hatte mich spontan zu dieser Reise entschlossen...zwei Wochen ausspannen dacht ich...bin am Ende sechs Wochen geblieben. Nach kurzer Zeit fühlt man sich zu Hause in diesem tollen Haus...das Mieten war einfacher wie alles andere...der Park muss gut sein , immerhin wird da Golf bei Minusgraden gespielt....für mich sind 5 Sterne was wenig um das zu beschreiben....ich bin bald wieder hier...lg

We hebben met ons gezin een weekend genoten van een zeer praktisch en groot vakantiehuis. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had. Over de bedden waren de meningen binnen ons gezin verdeeld. De matrassen waren dus ook verschillend op elke kamer. (hard of zacht) Het huis staat op loopafstand van het strand.

We were here in family for Christmas. House is really big, bed are in good condition and there're all you need in the house in order to have a great trip. One negative thing to notice: the ground floor was very dirty, we had to vacuum when we saw the underside of our son's feet, black dirty! The floors of the bathrooms were also not very clean. Otherwise contact with owner was really fast and still relevant! We still recommend this address.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut, es sind sogar ein paar Spiele und Bücher vorhanden, was besonders die Kinder erfreute. Die Treppe im Wohnzimmer ist durch Treppengitter gesichert. In ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand durch einen extra Fußweg aus dem Park heraus. Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen!

Herrlich entspannte Woche!

Wir hatten gerade eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Uns fehlte absolut gar nichts. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben- sauber-komfortabel- ruhig-mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir konnten viel unternehmen- lange Spaziergänge mit Hund machen, im Schwimmbad die Kinder müde kriegen, Minigolfen oder Bowlen. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen und können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen perfekten Urlaub!

Wir waren im August mit der Familie in diesem großzügigen, schön eingerichteten Haus. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, Schwimmbad, Restaurants sind nur 100 m entfernt. Verwalter und Vermieterkontakt war stets sehr freundlich und komplikationslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

wir haben im Mai eine Woche in diesem gemütlichen, schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr großzügig und 6 Personen haben reichlich Platz. Sehr vorbildlich war die Reinigung des Hauses, es war alles picobello sauber ! Unsere Fellnase hatte sogar ein Körbchen und Napf ! An kalten Tagen sorgt ein großer Kamin für Gemütlichkeit, die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist toll, man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zum Strand, ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Preise sind mit denen in Deutschland zu vergleichen. In Nordholland kann man sehr viel mit Kind und Kegel unternehmen – leider war das neue Hallenbad und die Bowlingbahn im Park noch nicht eröffnet. Wir freuen uns schon, wenn wir wiederkommen, dann können wir das auch ausprobieren!

Aufenthalt Haus Villa Düne

Die Wohnung war genau wie Sie diese beschrieben haben. Leider machte Sie aber auch einen etwas "abgewohnten Eindruck". Die Stoffbezüge der Tischstühle weisen sehr unansehnliche Flecken auf, das Fernsehprogramm hat lediglich ZDF als einzigen deutschen Sender. Die Stereoanlage funktionierte erst nach Umstecken des Fernsehkabels. Sie sollten dringend die Klobürsten wechseln und den Spülenbereich sowie den Herd von Grund auf reinigen lassen. Alle Abflüsse laufen relativ schlecht ab, besonders der in der Dusche. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ok, aber ich würde nicht nochmal kommen wollen. Selbst die Aussenanlage sieht sehr lieblos und teilweise ungepflegt aus. Im Park selber ist keine Möglichkeit etwas Einzukaufen und wir hatten das Gefühl alleine im Landalpark zu wohnen. Das ist in anderen Parks wesentlich angenehmer. Trotzdem haben wir schöne Tage verbracht und hatten sowohl Sie als auch die Verwalter stets als Ansprechpartner. LG Ralf Ollmann

Eine Woche Kurzurlaub

Leider nur ein Kurzurlaub, trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt in dem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, bequeme Betten und gut ausgestattete Küche läst fast keine Wünsche übrig (sogar Aschenbecher sind in dem Nichtraucher domizil vorhanden). Leider ist deas Haus im September schon anderweitig vergeben, wir wären sonst wiedergekommen.

Winterweekend

Het vakantiehuis is goed uitgerust en aangenaam ingericht. Er zijn voldoende inkoopmogelijkheden in de buurt, de zee en het strand zijn op wandelafstand. Den Helder is op enkele kms. Daar kan je de veerboot naar Texel nemen of de trein naar leuke stadjes in de buurt. Wij bevelen deze woning zeker aan!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - ein perfekter Urlaub !!

Haben uns ALLE in Ihrem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man wurde freundlich empfangen und die Vermieterin dieses tollen Hauses ist sehr nett und unsere Erwartungen wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
