Location location location

We were entirely pleased with the property, it's location, the vibe, the beautiful front porch and the backyard. It is on a lovely street with birds and trees. The kitchen is a full kitchen, fully equipped, it is a very comfortable home which is unique and a place where you can relax. the dining room is spacious for many great meals. And Matt is super nice!!Eystay!

Lovely home. Needs a little tender, love and care but we enjoyed our extended 7 month stay. Property manager was very responsive and the location is perfect. Easy walk to the West End for restaurants and shopping.

Two month home away from home

My sister recently had a stem cell transplant at Prisma Hospital and we spent two months at this home. During this stay I fell in love with Greenville. This house is extremely comfortable and very spacious. The location is amazing. I was able to walk to Harris Teters for groceries, to the PO and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I was able to walk to down town of Greenville. When we had the car worked on I was able to walk to the hospital to see my sister. Everything is within a mile of this home. The neighbors were very kind. We took a few day trips. One to Paris Mountain State Park (20 min by car), and to Caesars Head State park, (45 min by car) for some lovely day hikes. The house is older and why we found it so charming and inviting. It could use a little more attention to detail when being cleaned and an overall sprucing up. Sorting the kitchen out would be a good place to start and new area rug… . The front porch is delightful to sit out on and the back yard is large and fenced in. I would definitely rent this house again. We loved the neighborhoods location and felt very safe. I will say, if you are not used to traffic noise bring a white noise machine That is the one downside to being so convenient to everything.
