This BEAUTIFUL townhouse was updated in July 2020 Sleeps 8 and is in the secure gated resort of Encantada. Guests enjoy free access to everything in the resort including two heated pools, a hot tub, fitness center, playground, restaurant and more. Keyless access to the property.

Overall, it was a great location and the property manager was the nicest! My only complaints were that there were no comforters for the beds and the queen beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Home away from home

We stayed at this property at the end ofJuly and we had a wonderful experience. Crystal was very helpful from booking till we checked out. The vacation home was very clean and we all enjoyed the pool on days we weren't at the parks. Another huge plus is that there is always someone who can be contacted if there is any issue during your stay. We would highly recommend booking this rental. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Crystal!!

Bay Lilly Loop - March Break 2025

Our rental was exactly how it was shown online - excellent accommodation overall. Having the single beds in 2 bedrooms was what we needed, and there were not a lot of options in the area for this.Crystal was VERY responsive before, during and after our stay with any questions, and her property manager Gina was very helpful as well throughout our stay. As we did have a longer stay, only suggestions I have would be to have more supplies in stock (i.e., toilet paper, paper towels), since we had a 'full house'. The facilities in Encantada were excellent as well - pool, clubhouse, etc. well situated, and staff were friendly.

Julie thanks for your stay . You were an amazing guest as well. I saw you suggestion but as the listing states we provide a starter set of supplies and we did give you more upon your request. The cleaners prepare the property the same for each guest regardless of length of stay.

Great Stay !

The very best part was the host! No lie! She was amazing! Great communication! She knew our needs before we could ask. I've never had a better experience! Property just as listed. Clean very nice ! Remember to get the pool heated in April it made the visit perfect! We will book again.

Hi. I'm Crystal mom to three young active kids. We wanted a cozy place to call home when we get away from our full time busy lives in South Florida. We grew up vacationing here in Orlando/Kissimmee area each summer and during the school holidays. We are familiar with the area and lots of things to do or see besides the parks. We would love for you to stay at our home away from home and ask that you treat it as such.

Why they chose this property

We looked for months and fell in love with this place because of the amenities and location. We have two properties this one so be sure to check out both. This property is close to everything from Disney parks to shopping and restaurants. There is the new Island H20 waterpark 4 miles away. Target, Walmart and Publix are all less than 10 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

This property has 4 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom located on the first floor with access to a bathroom) and three bathrooms. upstairs you will find master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each and a hallway bathroom. But it doesn't end there... there is a full kitchen and a private screened swimming pool for your group to enjoy.
