Las Vegas Family Trip & Business Conference

The price is affordable with great amenities. It is a beautifully decorated home that is clean, comfortable and cozy. We liked how close it was to the Strip but also far enough away to relax. The Owner was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommended this home.

Welcoming place to stay at

The house was clean and very welcoming, my kids enjoyed the clean pool. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Maybe a couple of more utensils would be great but overall great experience. 10/10 would return and recommend.

Took great care of us for EDC :)

Odelya was super sweet and checked in on us often during the trip to make sure we had everything we needed! The pool was also freshly cleaned the day we arrived. Overall a great experience and we’d definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

The host transferred us to a different property than was actually booked claiming the new place was more expensive but the property was not as nice and had far less amenities. On arrival at the property we found dead bugs, the master shower was broken, and the bed frame in one of the rooms was broken. There were rules we found out about on arrival not using the pool after 10pm and not being allowed to listen to music outside ever. The host was flexible with check in and check out times.

Property Description is misleading - It's not luxurious, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the property is fairly old and there seemed to be a lack of attention to details with old air freshers stilled plugged in, old air filters, used bathroom products and used coffee products left to utilize. There were bug traps in every room including the kitchen counter, and we found a dead lizard in the toaster. Property is fine for a quick stay just need more accurate description of the property, location and amenities. Original listing shows pin inside a golf course.

Relaxing Vegas Trip

I planned a trip to Las Vegas with my sister to celebrate her 40th birthday in Las Vegas with a Keith Urban concert. Our plans were slightly changed when she decided she would like to celebrate with her three young children, and we determined a traditional Vegas weekend wasn't the right vibe for the kiddos. About a month before our trip, Odessa reached out to say that the property we had initially booked was unavailable. She was such a great communicator and made a plan for us to stay in another of her properties in Henderson (a more expensive rental, but she did not charge us extra). The house was in a quiet neighborhood which made for a very relaxing time with the family. The house was clean, artfully decorated, and well-stocked. Odessa also communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She is a wonderful host.

Summer Rental that had Outstanding Service

I rented this home in the Summer. The location is amazing as you are 9-12 min from all parts of the strip that are popular such as Bellagio, Aria, Ven and Wynn. The amenities such as the Pool and Table tennis were key as it was hot out during day and gave us another activity at night. The owner is the best person I have dealt with on these rental sites. At any time we had any issue at all he was one call/text away with immediate solution. I would def stay at this property the next time In LV as I do not enjoy Hotels and the location is so perfect. Starbucks, great breakfast Eggcellent, and few other good restaurants literally in walking distance while also being a stones throw from great golf Course. A+ Experience for me and I do travel a lot.
