Welcome to our well cared for home in the gated Schalamar Creek Golf Community. We selected this home for the private corner lot and the many amenities that the resort Community provides. It is only a golf cart ride from our home to the Championship Schalamar 18-hole Golf Course, heated pools and club house. Our premier four seated golf cart is provided for your use.

Summer is the perfect time to visit. The golf course is in prime condition after the Spring grass reseeding. Lakeland has 38 lakes with airboats, Kayaking, fishing, nature walks and a downtown walkable historic district that features a Farmer’s Market every Saturday. Our home is less than 40 miles from Disney World/Downtown Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios, MGM Studio, Old Town. Busch Gardens, Sea World, and beaches.

Living Room
Our home has an open concept floor plan with site lines to the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. Large windows allow plenty of natural light. The sliding glass door opens directly to the Lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Comfortable furniture lets you feel at home while watching our large flat screen television. We have wireless internet throughout the house streaming Hulu live .Wood flooring flows through the living room, dining room and kitchen.

Kitchen
Our well -equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and an island that seats 3. There is a crock pot, George Forman Grill, electric mixer, 4-slice toaster, coffee pot with single cup or 12 cup option, Pasta pot, pizza pan, bread pans, baking dishes etc. A pantry provides additional storage space.

Dining Room
The bay window in our dining room is the backdrop for our dining room table that comfortably seats 6 people.

Lanai
A new sleeper sofa on the Lanai provides an additional living/sleeping space. The small dresser is the perfect platform for viewing a T.V. in this room. This space can be closed off for privacy.

Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with two dressers and two large closets. It has a private full bath. There is a new flat screen T.V. The room has new luxury carpet.

Guest Bedroom
The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed with one large closet and a dresser. There is a new flat screen T.V. The room has new luxury carpet.

Outdoor Space
We have a shaded patio to sit and enjoy the palm trees and a second patio for dining with a patio table and gas grill.

We have a full-size washer and drier for your convenience.
