It's Island Time!!! Updated and Relaxing 2 Bed/2Bath Beach Getaway

A peaceful beach condo located under island tree canopies.....This Amelia Island getaway provides an island oasis view with a wrap around screened in porch!! Not only can you enjoy the amazing screened porch which has a treehouse feel, but you can also hear the ocean from the porch. This condo has been updated and is fully stocked to help you unwind from the busy world and enjoy some down time. The condo is also fully sanitized upon your arrival.

**The condo is on the THIRD FLOOR - 33 steps up - NO ELEVATOR BUT WELL WORTH THE STAY**

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher as well as starter items when you arrive....cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dish detergent, cleaning detergent, as well as linens and towels are all included.
There is also a washer/dryer in a kitchen closet. The master bedroom is a queen bed and has a TV with Roku, along with its own private bathroom and a sliding glass door to the screened in porch. The second bedroom has twin beds/full on top and a TV with Roku, with its own private bathroom as well. The Family Room has a nice open floor plan living space where you can sit down for dinner for four or you can dine out on the large, wrap around screened in porch.

The property has a swimming pool surrounded by pool chairs to relax in. Please remember that there is no life guard on duty. There are tennis courts onsite as well. An easy walking path begins at the condo property. The beach is only 2 blocks (7-0 minute walk) to the lovely Amelia Island beaches. Beach chairs and some sand toys are provided on the screened porch. Condo has one Ring camera at front door on outside.

A cozy relaxing treehouse

We loved our stay! We had a girls spa weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. It was very quiet and that porch was so peaceful and relaxing. The place was well stocked with everything we could've needed. Beds were comfy as well! Highly recommend chosing to stay here :)

Perfect spot for a visit to Amelia Island

We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area, and were very happy with the location, cleanliness of the place, and the thoughtful touches/supplies in the unit. We had the most wonderful time! We had great access to the beach, restaurants, and night life. The beach walk was about seven minutes and super easy to find. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, even beach equipment (several chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.) We can't wait to come back!

What an awesome place!

Location was perfect! Great access to all of the beaches and lots of restaurant choices. This condo felt like home and I can’t say enough positive things about the porch. Morning coffee, evening rain showers, can’t wait to come back. Owner is super sweet and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fourth of July Trip

The property was exactly as advertised. My daughters and I enjoyed running/walking in the neighborhood and loved playing pickle ball! It is very centrally located to basically everything. It was very clean and stocked with anything you could need! We would definitely book again. The porch is wonderful!

Great Spot!

Quiet, comfortable top floor condo in such a lovely area. We enjoyed the screened porch and comfortable furnishings. The proximity to the beach and Eagans Greenway is a real bonus - great for biking and walking. The town of Fernandina Beach is a short drive away. It’s such a charming town with an excellent selection of restaurants. Everyone we met was so friendly. Shari provided excellent communication and was very helpful. Amelia Island is a real gem!

We really enjoyed our stay! Didn't get to use the porch as much as I had hoped since it was a very hot week. It is a lovey place..my only suggestion is a more comfortable chair to enjoy coffee in the morning. May not be practical with the weather but would be nice :)

Great Condo

This is a great condo! All accommodations and amenities are exactly as stated in the description and include all that you need. It is in a quiet area which makes the screened in porch the perfect place to relax in one of the rocking chairs. The beach is a couple of blocks away and is an easy walk if you don’t want to drive. Melissa was great to work with and responded very quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to Amelia Island.

Perfect piece of paradise!

This perfect piece of paradise was exactly what my small family needed for a weekend getaway. It's perfect location, on Sadler Road, is within walking distance to the Fernandina Shores. The Amelia Landing subdivision was quiet and perfectly shaded. The condo was immaculately cleaned, fully stocked with towels and linens. Each bedroom had cable tvs and the bathrooms' nautical decor was a nice touch. The wrap around screened porch ALONE was worth the stay! Additionally, checking in and out was a breeze! I'd love to return to this property! 5 stars!

Have stayed in a lot of rentals this was by far our best experience.Everything we needed was there down to the last detail.There is a full coffee bar, plenty of cookware and utensils and every cleaning product you could need.It was clean the beds are super comfortable with nice linen. The porch is amazing we felt like we were in a tree house since it is surrounded by trees. In the evening you can hear the ocean.We walked to the beach a couple of times it is an easy walk with a beach bag. If you are looking for a clean , safe, quite and relaxing place to stay this is it.

The listing for the property is very accurate. On line pictures are up to date. As others also stated, we really enjoyed the screened porch. A nice spot to relax. The condo is a quick walk to the beach down a wooded path. Might be helpful to have directions to the path. Beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have a table/chairs on the porch to eat at as it is such a nice spot. An outdoor sofa on the porch would also be a great addition. Overall, a nice property that delivers as promised in the listing.

I feel our property is unique because it is just a few short blocks from the beach and live music plus it is secluded where sitting out on the quiet screened in porch amongst the trees is so very peaceful. Like a treehouse close to the ocean!
