If you fancy discovering the Rhuys Peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan with your whole family or group of friends, this large XXL house is made for you! Renovated to modern taste, it has been fitted out to accommodate 14 people.



Spaces have been designed for children, such as the large dormitory bedroom for 4 hidden in the attic where they can relive their days and tell each other stories at bedtime. And just for them, a games room is located on the first floor.



For adults, 5 beautiful bedrooms, each with their own personality, are available to you. On the first floor, the "Nude" bedroom, with its lovely rattan headboard and accommodation for 2 people. The "Eucalyptus" bedroom offers 2 single beds, combined into a large Queen size bed, but can also be separated. The "Terracotta" bedroom consists of a double bed and, if needed, you will find a travel cot there. A beautiful bathroom with 2 sinks, a large shower and an independent toilet complete this level.



The two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first, with contemporary wood décor, has a Queen size bed and a private ensuite. The last one also offers a Queen size bed in a nature-inspired setting.

All bedrooms (except the dormitory) as well as the living room are equipped with air conditioning.



To bring together 14 people, what could be better than a large, welcoming wooden table? Everyone will be able to find their place around the delicious dishes that will have been prepared in the large, fully equipped new kitchen. You will find a large refrigerator, a traditional oven, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. For breakfasts, a filter coffee maker and a pod coffee maker, as well as a kettle and a toaster, are at your disposal to start the day well.



The ground floor ends with a cosy TV lounge area, overlooking the outside. This is where you will find a lovely 50m2 terrace, furnished for your outdoor meals around the barbecue, and its relaxation area with outdoor sofas. (Only the terrace is accessible to you on this side of the house)



The house has a cellar in which you will find a washing machine. You have the possibility to park 3 vehicles on the plot. In addition to the baby bed, you will also find a high chair. Finally, a hairdryer is provided.
