Located by the WaterColor Tennis Center and a few steps from a footpath that crosses into Seaside, this home has access to all of WaterColor’s amenities.

A front porch gives guests the option to enter 1,2,3 and to the Shore through a screened side porch or the front door. After spending the day swimming and playing, the porch is a lovely spot to drop wet and sandy gear before heading inside. The porch has ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV, an outdoor living area, and a low table perfect for card games.
