Historic house 1851

Our recently renovated 18th century mansion offers 10 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Every corner of this space exudes calm and serenity. The place has a beautiful open kitchen to prepare delicious meals. The large living room overlooks the garden and a pleasant space, conducive to good times. You will feel at home here!
The house is ideally located in the heart of downtown Caen. A few steps from the racecourse, the Eugène Maès nautical stadium, the ice rink and the theater. You can both stroll through the Caen shops or get some fresh air during a walk in the meadow. Located in the heart of Caen city center, your travels will be easy. On foot, by bike, by public transportation: everything is possible!

We offer an optional breakfast at a rate of €13 per person. It can be served on request during your stay — ideal for starting the day in peace.

We also work with local caterers and can arrange, on request, meals or culinary services to enhance your stay (dinner, brunch, events, etc.).

Fantastic clean property that has been designed to give all its guests space and privacy. Its walking distance from the main market. And the hosts are responsive and helpful. Definitely considering coming back.
