Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove, electric cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Mošćenice. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and one parking space in the town (distance 200 m).

Tennis, mini golf, fishing, diving, boat rental each 3 km in Moscenicka Draga. Horse riding in Ucka Nature Park 6 km.
