Located 15km from the beaches, seaside resorts and the town of Guingamp with all services and TGV, in the centre of its small quiet village, the cottage of Saint Guy is immersed in the local heritage, close to the fountain and its washhouse, from the church and surrounded by the charming little towns of character of Tregor such as Pontrieux, the village of 50 washhouses, nicknamed the Breton Venice or the castle of La Roche Jagu, protecting the Trieux estuary, which are 10 & 15km

Freshly renovated and offering modern comfort with an elegant and timeless decoration, the gîte de Saint Guy accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child in its 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, A large living room with open kitchen, equipped and fitted, opening onto the small enclosed garden with garden furniture for 4 people. Wc and cloakroom. Flat screen TV.

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a large 160cm bed and the other with a child's bed (80cm x 130cm) and a 90cm bed. Bathroom with toilet.

On the 2nd floor, 1 large bedroom with a large 180cm bed, storage space, a sofa, a flat screen TV and a bathroom with bathtub and double sink.PGJyPg
Connected to the fibre, the cottage offers free wifi.

Electricity included.
Electric heating is subject to an additional charge between November and March for winter stays.
