Fawngrove is the perfect location for your next trip to Deer Valley. Whether summer or winter, Fawngrove is one of Deer Valley's most highly sought after neighborhoods, located right on the Deer Valley lake for stand up paddle boarding, coffee or lunch at the cafe right next door, and of course ideal proximity to the Snow Park lodge.

With magnificent ski slope views from this location, guests can either walk to the Snow Park Lodge, use the door to door ski shuttle sponsored by HOA that goes through the neighborhood every 20 minutes, or utilize the free public bus route all over town. Only a ¼ mile to Historic Main Street and a ¼ mile or less to Deer Valley's base, this is truly the crème de la crème of single level townhome living, with ease of access to everything Park City has to offer.

The Fawngrove 2 bedroom Oasis offers a King master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bunk room with 4 Twin beds, and a Queen pull out sofa, comfortably sleeping 8 travelers. A newly stocked, eat in kitchen and ambient river rock fireplace in the spacious living area make for convenience, après ski comfort. The sliding glass door out to the patio offers a private hot tub and sitting area.

The level below the condo offers underground parking for guests, while there is additional parking outside in the guest parking area, which is a direct and easy walk up to the sliding glass door and back of the condo.

Fawngrove has beautiful walking paths all over the property. It is green and lush in summer and a gorgeous walk to evening summer concerts at Deer Valley. The winter months offer equal convenience at Fawngrove. Single level living and ease of access to the condo also makes it great for all ages and demographics. Also a great property also for Sundance Film Festival guests!

Great property with fully equipped kitchen. Bus stop to Deer Valley Resort right outside the front door. Private hot tub is a plus. Highly recommend.

Excellent Location!
Overall, this unit was very nice. The best part is by far the location: A 5 min bus ride to Deer Valley and a 5 min drive to Park City / Main Street. The unit was adequately sized for a family of 4 and the parking garage was conveniently located close to the unit. The private hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing! The only areas that led to the 4 vs 5 star rating are: 1. Poor Communication with the management company. Each time I would message with questions, the answers were vague and completely unhelpful. It was clear that the people answering the messages were not local and were not familiar with the unit or location. 2. The condo was not stocked as advertised. Many kitchen utensils were old, broken, or not there. Also, the unit was missing hairdryers, etc. The company needs to do a better job taking inventory of what is actually in the units to ensure they are stocked as advertised.

Wouldn’t stay again
Was contacted 24 hours before my 6 night stay that the ceiling had collapsed in 1 of the 2 rooms. The lady in reservations was very kind and assured me that she would be there all week and if I had any problems to call her. Well low and behold the next 2 days I called she had off. They said they would refund half my money for my stay if I chose to stay (there was literally not one available place in DV/park city. So we stayed here. I got refunded 400 and some change on a 3000+ rental. They did give me a brand new air mattress though! The sleeper sofa would not pull out, it was broken. There was a nice pile of toe nails next to the master bedroom nightstand. I will be using any other rental company in the future, as I have gone to DV once a year for the previous, jeez I don’t even know… many years. Never had any of these issues anywhere.

Amazing unit in an amazing location
This unit has a large 2 car garage that can fit 2 SUVs. There is a boot heater in the garage. Super nice for skiers. The 2 king master suites are huge, and come with their own fireplaces. The kitchen has a full supply of very nice appliances, cookware and silverware. The hot tub and pool needed a good cleaning and had waay too much chlorine that will ruin clothing and cause your skin to itch. The water pressure and temperature in the showers were not great.

So easy to ski from here!
go out the front of the Fawngrove complex, and there's a bus. go out the back (the condo faces the backside) and there's both a cafe AND a bus. Space is a little funky, with dryer and washer inside the master and the corner kitchen really meant for one and half. but the gas fireplace makes things cozy and the hot tub is RIGHT outside the door.
