One of the only units in the complex with a King Bed, our Luxuriously appointed home is steps away from adventure. Pioche Village is a gateway to amazing winter and summer activities in Deer Valley and Park City. Our studio is brand new with a full kitchen, luxurious and comfortable bedding and facility amenities to spare which are all included. Amenities include a private ski locker, designated bike storage, hot tub, multiple gyms and game room facilities, dining and gathering areas and EV chargers

Nice and short walk to access the gondola for skiing, with free ski storage at the gondola!Unit was clean and seemed brand new!Liked the robes and towels for the hot tub! (Careful, we go trapped in when the exit button froze!)Very enjoyable, would stay here again!

This place is close to deer valley gondola. Getting to and from was a breeze. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Onsite amenities were a plus: lounge, fitness and game room.

Wonderful stay for Sundance

My girlfriend and I came for Sundance and had a lovely experience at Pioche. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Jeff was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome Deer Valley Studio

Owners were super-responsive regarding logistics and with advice. Very new building and unit. Kitchen as fully-stocked as any high-end VRBO in which we’ve stayed. While property isn’t truly ski in/out, East Village parking/lifts are a three minute drive away and provide great access to the entire mountain. We’ll gladly stay here again.

Pioche stay

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this Pioche Village condo! Jeff and Marcie were very communicative. We arrived very late and Jeff was there to meet us. The property was immaculate and very accessible to the Jordanelle gondola. I would highly recommend it!

Easy access to Gondola

Stayed a few nights to ski Deer Valley. The Gondola is across the street. We drove over but I think there is a shuttle as well. Studio was new and in great condition. There was a ski locker downstairs. Grocery was about 10-15 min drive. All in all it is a nice place to stay and ski for a few days and the whole process was easy.

Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. The only new affordable ski in/out option built in Deer Valley and Park City in many years. Pioche Village has it all. Super convenient, ski in/out from the Jordanelle Gondola and right down the street from the new Deer Valley East Village Expansion. New summer bike park and activities to be built in the next few years along with numerous restaurants and amenities planned. Pioche village is a modern, swanky place right on the mountain with private ski lockers, assigned indoor bike storage, gym's, gathering spaces and close to everything that makes Deer Valley special.

This is the largest studio unit in the complex at nearly 500sq ft. A full kitchen, luxuriously and professionally appointed, Incredible views of Jordanelle Reservoir, wildlife abounds and fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs required.
