Our house with an apartment located 3 km from the highway exit Neuwied / Willroth in Road House / year field.

The apartment is located in a traffic situation. A large supermarket with a bakery is about 500 meters away on foot.
The equipment of the apartment in the basement (75 m²) includes:
- Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (3 people), spacious wardrobe
- Kitchen with modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen utensils
- Living room (25m²) with a large couch that can be converted into a bed. In addition there is the possibility of 2 extra beds, satellite TV, hi-fi
- Bathroom with shower & bath, hairdryer
- Terrace with seating
- Parking directly outside the house
- Miscellaneous WiFi Internet, towels and linen, floor heating, Cats & Dogs are allowed after consultation

In the entire apartment smoking is not permitted. On the terrace is an ashtray available.

The local church road house lies in the Westerwald between Neuwied and Altenkirchen in close proximity to the A3. About the B 256 takes you quickly to Neuwied or Koblenz. The nearby A3 motorway are quick in Cologne or Frankfurt. In road house itself you will find a large supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, butcher and post office.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Es waren ein paar wunderschöne Tage! Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der schönen, kleineren Stadt Straßenhaus. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem ist die Gegend wunderschön, innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ist man in der Natur, kann entlang von Feldern oder einem Mammutbaumwald spazieren gehen. Wirklich schön und auch für Hunde toll! In der weiteren Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto auch leicht diverse Burgen oder Neuwied und Koblenz einen Besuch abstatten. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können insbesondere die angenehme, zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter positiv hervorheben. Er hat von sich aus viele Vorschläge gemacht, dass unser Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung genau so wird, dass es für uns angenehm ist. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Urlaub!

Leider konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht „antreten“. Daher kann ich mich nur bei Daniel für den sehr netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt bedanken. Wenn wir wieder einen Besuch planen, werden wir auf alle Fälle versuchen, wieder bei Daniel mieten zu können.

Ruhige Lage, viel Natur

Sehr schöne Wohnung, nette Eigentümer und ein sehr schöne Gegeng, unsere Hunde konnte wieder lange ohne Leine laufen. Für Leute die Berge, Wald und die Natur liebt, ist es da optimal. sollten wir wieder in der Gegend übernachten, werden wir die selbe Wohnung mieten

Jederzeit gerne wieder. Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Ruhige Wohnlage und trotzdem mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Ganz in der Nähe viele Felder und Wald. Auch mit Hund immer eine Reise wert.

Neue ruhige und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist ruhig gelegen, mit einer Parkmöglichkeit. Viel Platz in der Wohnung und moderne Einrichtung. Wir waren zufrieden und hatten schöne Tage.

Sehr schöne Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig. Haben uns während der Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und haben nichts zu beanstanden. :-) Alles perfekt gewesen.
