The Brunard Windmill is a building steeped in history.
Originally a working windmill until the early 20th century, it was gradually abandoned over the years before being repurposed as a grain silo.
In 2019, during its complete renovation, the mill finally regained its sails, restoring its original identity.
It is the last remaining windmill of the two that were recorded as active in 1804 in the village of Aujols.
You will be charmed by the unique atmosphere created by the old stone walls and by the breathtaking view from the bedroom window, overlooking the entire property.
Living space over three levels
The living space is arranged over three floors:
• On the ground floor: the kitchen
• On the first floor: the bathroom and separate toilets
• On the top floor: the bedroom
All floors are connected by a spiral staircase, adding to the character and authenticity of the mill.
