This brand new Ocean View apartment is very open, bright, and clean. We’re located in the desirable neighborhood of Puntas in the heart of Rincón. We are just a short walk/drive away from Playa Antonio and Sandy Beach where you will find many bars, restaurants, and shops. Casa Tranquila is in the perfect getaway!
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment has an open floor plan and with an ocean view and private balcony. Make sure to catch the sunrise peeking over the horizon in the peaceful morning hours.
Although you may prefer to sleep with the windows open enjoying the sounds of nature and the cool ocean breeze, each bedroom has brand new AC units and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking needs. We have pots/pans, a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a toaster to make you feel right at home. All appliances are brand new including a 6 burner stove, a dishwasher, and a farmhouse sink where you can do the dishes with an ocean view!
The living room is equipped with a 55” Smart Roku TV with easy access to all your favorite streaming services.
We have 1800 count Hotel Luxury bedding, Turkish bath towels, and an assortment of beach towels for you to use during your stay.

Ashley was a fantastic hostess. She was very helpful and gave some great ideas for restaurants, etc. She was very responsive, and quickly took care of a problem with the refrigerator. The views from the rooftop were amazing and we went up there every evening.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an ocean view apartment in Rincon and I must say, it was an amazing vacation rental experience. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with stunning sunsets and the sounds of forest. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the great host, Ashley. From the moment we booked, Ashley was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with detailed information about the area and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. She even went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay and was always available to answer any questions we had. The location of the apartment was perfect - just minutes from the beach and close to many great restaurants and bars. We spent our days lounging on the beach, exploring the local area, and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Overall, I would highly recommend this ocean view apartment in Rincon to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. And a special thanks to Ashley for being such a wonderful host - we can't wait to come back and stay again!

Most Wonderful Place on Earth!

We loved everything about this apartment! The place was beautifully designed, had everything we needed and the owners are wonderful. The view from both our balcony and the roof deck were amazing. The location is perfect. It was paradise and we can't wait to go back.
