Welcome to our charming studio for two, located in the heart of a peaceful residence near the magnificent Bay of Somme. Nestled on the 4th floor (accessible by lift), our studio offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a few steps from the region’s natural beauty.



Upon entering the studio, you’ll be greeted by a simple yet comfortable living space. A wall-mounted bed for two is cleverly concealed behind a closet, offering a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring.



The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. A small balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh air and serenity of the residence’s backyard.



For your comfort, we provide plenty of bed linens and towels, ensuring a worry-free stay.



The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, a shower enclosure, and a washing machine, while the separate toilet offers added convenience.



In addition to these amenities, you’ll also have access to a private parking space (No. 13) and a secure bike storage area, ideal for exploring the surrounding area at your own pace.

Although our studio does not have a view of the Bay of Somme, it nevertheless offers a peaceful and comfortable setting for your stay in the region.

Bis zum Zentrum le crotroy ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg. Anlage sehr schön. Ausstattung mäßig. Wohnung wurde mit Meerblick angegeben...nur durch ein seitliches Dachfenster konnte man das Meer in weiter Entfernung sehen. Sonst alles ok.
