Come make yourself at home in paradise at the Tropical Dream. This 4 bedroom 3 bath private luxury home is beautifully decorated in modern coastal décor and is packed with amenities. With a private pool, up to 50’ of dockage at the 40’ dock, and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers, our home is perfect for families and fishermen but is especially suited for folks who just want to come and relax. On the pool deck enjoy ample seating/lounging, a bar with a beverage fridge and ice bin, a 55” outdoor TV, a picnic table, a large umbrella, and a Blackstone griddle with burners and a fish fryer. The saltwater pool is easy on the eyes and the skin and can be heated or cooled to your comfort level at minimal additional charge.

The well-lit dock has a fish cleaning station and hose, a ladder for kayakers and paddleboarders, a wash-down hose, and electrical power. There is a bait freezer under the carport. The trip through the canal to Sister Creek is very quick and from there the waters of the Keys and the wonder they contain are at your fingertips including some of the best fishing, boating, snorkeling and scuba anywhere. And if you don’t bring your boat there are plenty of charter opportunities for just about anything.

Our home has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably (and legally) sleep 10 guests. The Master Suite features a walk-in tile shower, king bed, dresser, TV, closet, and an amazing view through the sliding glass doors that open to the porch. The Junior Master also has its walk-in shower, king bed, dresser, tv, and closet. The Queen Room features a queen bed, dresser, TV, and closet. The Bunkroom (we call it the Manatee Room) contains one set of twin bunk beds and one twin over full, dresser, tv, and closet. The third bathroom is located adjacent to the Queen and Bunkrooms and has a bathtub for the kids. Sheets and towels(bath and pool) high-speed WiFi and cable are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent washer and dryer. There is plenty of seating in the great room/dining area and a large porch. The porch overlooks the pool, dock, and canal in both directions and is perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Located just 1 mile away is one of the best-kept secrets in the Florida Keys, the beautiful Sombrero Beach. Perfect for sunning and snorkeling it also features a children’s playground and a volleyball court. Tennis Courts and open space for the kids are close by at the Marathon Community Park. Four minutes away is the Florida Keys Country Club public golf course. The Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are five minutes away. Marathon has wonderful restaurants, shopping, and many attractions including The Crane Point Museum and Nature Center, the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, the Turtle Hospital, and the Dolphin Research Center. Bikes and kayaks are available for rental (delivery and pick up provided) at very affordable rates from Wheels to Go in Marathon.
