House on wooded land completely renovated in 2024 located facing the sea at the mouth of the Trieux, 5 minutes by car from Lézardrieux and its marina, 15 minutes from the town center of Paimpol and its numerous shops and restaurants, and 3 nautical miles from the island of Bréhat, jewel of the pink granite coast.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen with its round table, large living room with lounge and farm table for 8 to 10 guests, all opening onto the terrace facing the sea, 1 bathroom with WC. Floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 160 with small living room, bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 90, bedroom 3: 1 double bed of 140.
Terrace with garden furniture, hammock, barbecue.
Very calm environment. Swimming possible at the foot of the house.
Boat mooring available in front of the house.
Wifi (fiber).
Essential car.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Oliviers Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlte es an nichts und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Am schönsten ist die Aussicht, von jedem Zimmer aus hat man einen tollen Blick und erst recht von der Terrasse, die wir sogar im Oktober einige Male nutzen konnten. Olivier war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.
