Perfect in Every Way

My older brother and I come south for Spring Training every year. Usually we stay in Bradenton but this year we changed it up as I had business in Orlando before we checked in. The Beautiful Little House was perfect for us. It was beyond clean and had everything we needed. Our host and hostess couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. I truly felt like I had known them a long time when we first met. If we decide to return to Tampa next year, we will return to this unit. It was really a wonderful stay and experience with Antonio, Alba, and their Beautiful Little House!!

Cozy and comfortable

If you're looking for a modern, up-to-date place to stay, this wouldn't be for you. But if you're looking for a quaint, cozy, comfortable and clean place to stay, you'll probably enjoy this. It's only about 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa, depending on traffic, so if you don't want to stay downtown, this is a great location. The neighborhood is on the older side, but it is quiet. The house is a 1920's-something reno, but the owners did well bringing it up-to-date. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it doesn't need them. The owners met us at the house when we arrived and gave us a brief tour. They are extremely friendly. They are also bi-lingual. We asked what the check-out process was regarding cleaning, etc. and they flat out refused to let us start anything. That's a first with all the Vrbo rentals we've had. If we're in the Tampa area again, I will definitely see if this property is available.

Having Kristina was comforting! We told her that she did not have to clean anything; but she took ownership and treated our place like her own! Would we take he back as our guest? The question is even silly! Of course, we would. She is the perfect guest!

Great Accommodation

The house was very clean and well decorated with lot's of amenities. Location is very close to State Fair grounds and Hard Rock Casino and Event venue.

Cute and quaint cottage

We booked this cottage for the weekend and enjoyed the ' home away from home ' feeling.The owners are a very friendly couple that welcomed us very warmly.The decor had a personal touch and the beds were very comfortable.Its was ideal for the 3 of us.The kitchen does not have a dishwasher but that did not bother us as we did not cook there.Would definitely recommend and hope to come back sometime.

Great little home

We attended the RV show at the fairgrounds. It took us 7 min to get here after the show. This is an old home that the owner has completely redone and has everything you need for a short say.

Plenty of sleeping accommodations for 6, we only had 5. Had hair dryer, hair straightener which i needed and used and curling iron. Everything was clean. HOSTS were both very nice. Had everything we needed and very close to casino....reason for our visit. Nice patio set out back which we used as well. Would definitely stay again.
