Exceptional panoramic view for this comfortable studio, located in the typical district of Cap d'Oune.
5 minutes walk from the city centre, beaches and seaside restaurants.
By taking alleys and stairs lined with charming colourful houses and decorated with flowered facades.
Quiet and peaceful residence, facing south, bright, pleasant and not overlooked. Located on the 2nd floor, no lift but this jewel is worth it!
Sofa bed, Italian bedding (memory foam mattress and slatted base)
Garage rate not included, mandatory cleaning of 30€. Non-smoking.
Succumb to the charm of Banyuls and the magnificent landscapes of the Côte Vermeille, many coves with turquoise water.
The train station is 300 metres away, the bus is 1€ to get around and enjoy the villages, such as Collioure, Argeles.
