En primera línea de playa. Vistas bonitas.Limpieza bien.Sofá cómodoPersona de entrega de llaves, en hora y facilitador.--Cocina muy pequeña, estrecha.-Congelador sin descongelar en mucho tiempo. No se podían abrir los cajones y están con hielo hasta la mitad y se lo comunicamos al gestor, que propuso una solución muy ineficaz.Tuve que poner 6 tandas de 2 cazuelas con agua hervida para poder abrir el cajón pequeño el mismo día que llegué porque teníamos un producto para guardar en el congelador.Añadir que tuve que recoger el agua que se descongelaba y riesgo de caída por la cocina estrecha.-Cortinas en miradores de salón y habitación doble, estropeadas, no cierran bien y entra mucho sol por las mañanas. Hace falta reparación. Hay peligro de caída de rieles.-Armarios de 3 metros, de hace un siglo, cerrados, que franqueaban la entrada a las habitaciones.Me di varios golpes con la esquina de la mesilla, y me salieron moratones.Habitación de 9 m2 con este armario inutilizado, quita mucho espacio.-Tornillos de las sillas que se soltaban, dando más de un susto, peligro de caída.-Bañera sin suelo antideslizante, ni asa de agarre.Almohadas muy blandas para dormir.-Un cajón en el armario empotrado del pasillo con tapa que se cae.Necesita arreglos, retirada de muebles inservibles que estorban, viejos, por ello estado de los cajones interiores que se desestiman para el uso.

Recomendable
Fuimos la primera semana de septiembre con una niña de 2 años y medio y un bebé de 2 meses. Las vistas del apartamento espectaculares. Esta muy bien situado, a unos 20 minutos andando del centro y con una piscina pequeña. No es demasiado accesible si quieres moverte con carrito de niño, dispone de ascensor pero hay mucho escalón en toda la instalación. Los colchones de la casa son muy malos, las ventanas muy sucias y falta menaje básico en la cocina Por lo demás nos encantó

Es como tener la playa en casa. Ubicación perfecta
La ubicación es maravillosa. Hacer vida con esas vistas ha sido tremendo. Cercana a todo. La zona de ocio de debajo estupenda. La piscina es chiquitina pero para los niños vale. Y el trato del personal fantástico, siempre disponible. ¡Intentaremos volver! Pero en menaje se queda muy corta: Cubertería para 4 personas, 0 cuchillos que cortaran. Platos muy ajados, ha sido difícil cocinar asi. Se echa en falta una cafetera italiana, no de capsulas. Y la plancha... de las de metal de hace mil años

Une semaine en Cantabrie
Aspects positifs : Localisation au bord de la mer et donne sur la mer - proximité des commerces ou du centre ville (10 à 15 minutes) - appartement au nord permettant une relative fraîcheur de l'appartement en pleine canicule - appartement très propre - Castro Urdiales : position centrale permettant d'accéder facilement à Bilbao ou Santander ou au sud Reinosa - Merci du cadeau de bienvenue Aspects "moins" positifs - Bars et Restaurants en bas des immeubles bruyants jusqu'à 1 h du matin surtout le samedi soir - Lit 2 places en 120 : un peu juste Mais globalement excellente semaine !!!
