Very Happy

Do not look anywhere else! Felicia is exceptional and welcoming, going beyond what one experiences even in exclusive hotels. The location is excellent, as well. It’s a short walk to the upscale Village, where you’ll find fine dining, Erewhon market, exclusive designer boutiques, and hand-crafted ice-cream parlors. The building is deceptive on the exterior, but the condo itself is charming, private, and spacious. It will feel like a second home and comfortable. Great if you’re traveling with children. Easy access to restaurants in Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, the beaches and north/south coastline, as well as inland to the city areas, if you need to use the freeways.

Great place !

Stayed for a week in July. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery, park. Very short drive to beach or Santa Monica Pier. The condo is in great shape, large living room and toys for the kids !

Perfect stay!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable, all up and nice open living area downstairs. Centrally located to beaches, hiking, Malibu, Santa Monica and Hollywood. Walking distance to new Palisades Village with family friendly events, shopping, movie theater and dining! Felicia was very friendly and available whenever I had a question. Looking forward to our next stay!

Born and raised in Hollywood, CA, I moved out to the Pacific Palisades 14 years ago to see how I liked beach living. I fell in love and there was no turning back! Hollywood is just a drive away but the ocean breeze and outdoor healthy lifestyle is more my speed. I am an Interior Designer and have worked on projects all over the world. I love to cook and entertain so I have renovated this condo to function perfectly for entertaining. I also love to be outdoors and active. This area is wonderful for that type of lifestyle.
