Le Chalet is a cozy nest located in the heart of the city center and 5 minutes walk from the beaches and the nearby town of Concarneau.

Located on the third and top floor of a building in downtown Concarnois, chalet is a duplex apartment that can accommodate two people during a stay in Concarneau. Its ideal location will allow you to access the shops, beaches as well as the closed city on foot, and this, in less than 5 minutes.



Thanks to its marl decor and wooden cladding, the chalet has a very comforting and warm atmosphere. It will be suitable for a tourist clientele as well as a professional clientele visiting Concarneau.



With an area of 55 m², it will offer you a beautiful living space, overlooking the rooftops of the city, composed of an equipped kitchen (with a Tassimo coffee pod), a dining area and a very distinct living area. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet complete this set.



His room, located on the mezzanine, is equipped with new and comfortable bedding. For your utmost comfort, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
