Coline is this family home nestled in a peaceful and popular area of Concarneau. It is close to the famous Sables Blancs beach.



The House :



As soon as you arrive, the ground floor welcomes you with an extensive living space including a living room, an open dining room on the terrace and the garden.



You will also have access to a fully equipped and open kitchen, ideal for convivial moments for families or groups of friends. A well appointed laundry room is also adjacent to this space for added convenience.



Discover a first master bedroom with an Italian shower and toilet ensures optimal comfort.



A staircase will then take you upstairs where you will discover three charming bedrooms and a second shower room. A mezzanine with a balcony with a partial sea view invites you to work or immerse yourself in a book.



A fourth bedroom, equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, completes this floor.



The real asset of this house is its wooded outdoor area, with a swimming pool. You can enjoy the Breton sun and share relaxing moments with family or friends.



In short, this house is the perfect choice for a family vacation, located close to the beaches and downtown Concarneau.



Please note, the swimming pool will be open from May 1st to September 31st. It is not heated."

They only operate when the property is unoccupied and the alarm system is activated. During your stay, as the alarm is deactivated, the cameras are also turned off.



Our concierge offers linen rental for the time of your stay: Sheet kit + bath towels: €20 per bed.



Bedding size: 1 bed 160/200, and 4 140/200 beds.
