What a wonderful time we had as a family here! Everything was beautiful, clean and plenty of room for all of us. We all agreed we will stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
This house was perfect for our trip that included 2 other families each with a few young children. All our kids LOVED sleeping in the bunk bed room together.
Beautiful property and great open floor plan to accommodate our group very well! Kitchen was very well organized and downstairs area was great for the kids in our group. Would definitely stay again
This is our third time renting Adam's house. It is AMAZING. My friends and I hang out for a long weekend, play games, cook, etc. Just a really fun time. And everything always goes smoothly. No problems at all. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Way better than any other rental we've been to. Everything is super clean. The outdoor seated area is beautiful but we haven't been able to use it cuz it was raining. Adam is always quick to respond to any questions. Folks are already asking me about going back again. We just LOVE this house.
This house is amazing! We rented this house for our annual family trip. We had 7 teenagers and young adults and 7 adults including grandparents and it fit our family size perfectly. The host, Adam, has thought of everything. The kitchen has everything you ever thought you needed already there. There's plenty of parking. It's only a short drive to Helen. The outside fireplace area was great for smores and hanging out. The house was large enough for everyone to gather together. We played games, baked cookies, cooked dinner, and enjoyed every moment we spent there. It does not have any TV's in the bedrooms but I was ok with that. The teenagers/young adults loved the game room areas downstairs. This was one of our best family trips so far!
Our family enjoyed an amazing weekend at this beautiful home! The owner was so hospitable & accommodating to our group and understanding! Would definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Hey Amanda - thanks for the great review! I gave you five stars on communication as well but for some reason it didn’t save it.
Thanks again and hope you have a great Christmas!
This is definitely a hidden jewel. If you desire an awesome, peaceful, relaxing getaway with options of adventure then this is the PLACE ! We loved every minute of our stay !! House was clean, spacious, and very accommodating!
Seriously clean, well stocked, and beautiful! 6 families stayed for a sports tournament and we loved this place! Wish we had more time to explore the outdoor space.
Great privet getaway for a family celebration.
Few minor items could be improved such as the driveway and the outdoor fireplace and setting area. The 8 adults and 6 teens were all glad they could to get-together in a clean and scenic location.
An amazing getaway for pre-Christmas Christmas with my family. The property was just perfect and was beautifully maintained. The pictures online didn’t do it justice…and I was so happy it was decorated for Christmas.
16 of us had a great time woth plenty of space! The bunknroom was PERFECT and the downstairs had plenty to do! The property was huge with great trails by the stream. Wild blackberries grew by the wood pile and the outside table area was perfect for our huge family picture!
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was super clean and the process was easy. There was plenty of things to do on the property, even had toys for children to play with. Plenty of bathrooms. The cooking/baking utensils was a great plus! Highly recommend for large groups of family/friends. It was perfect!
WOW...this house was amazing! Beautiful views and one of the cleanest homes I have ever stayed at. The open floor plan made visiting while we prepared meals so nice. The beautiful wood dining table had the most comfortable chairs. I booked the house and became an instant hero for finding it! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had, primarily about where he got some of the beautiful furniture.
The property was top notch! Fell in love with Mountain View’s. The kids enjoy exploring throughout the surroundings outside. 10/15 minute drive to popular winery’s and brewery’s. Our family could easily spread out through the house for some me time. Everything was well decorated and the home was well suited for our large family. Thank you Adam!
I've had two close friends since I was in elementary school and this year we all turn 40. We decided to bring all of our families together for a group vacation in North Georgia - three adults and 9 children. This amazing property has every amenity we could possibly have needed outside of a personal chef. We could have spent our entire week at the house, in the massive yard or in the bordering woods, and had something fun and engaging to do everyday. That being said, the home is located within an easy drive of Helen, Clarkesville, and several state and federal parks for hiking and waterfall hunting. Most importantly, because the house had everything we needed, we got to focus on making new memories.I'm so hopeful in another 5 years or so we can do it all over again.
We had a great stay with 4 families coming together. The house was very clean and well decorated. The bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper, the kitchen came with 2 rolls of paper towels, was very well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans, a griddle, a hand mixer, a wine opener, etc., and plenty of dishwasher pods. The bunk room is so fun for the kids. The bunks are custom built and hold more weight on top bunk than store bought bunks. The kids loved it! We used the downstairs king room for kids also since you have to pass through it to get to the bunk room. The beds were all very comfortable, everyone said it was the best VRBO beds we have slept on. The toys for kids were great! Oh, and the outside patio was amazing!! We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect home to explore Helen, GA with a big family!
My siblings and I wanted to get away for the Fourth of July holiday and we had an absolutely wonderful time at this property!
We were 3 families with kids ranging from age 11 to 18. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and snacking. The downstairs floor level with ping-pong, a TV, and foosball table entertained the kids when they wanted to be off doing their own thing.
The yard and mountain views were perfect. We saw deer and a couple of turkeys running across the yard while we were having our morning coffee.
Travel time was quick to get to downtown Helen, as well as tubing and wineries. And communication with the property owners/manager was seamless. We were missing some sheets when we first checked in, but that was addressed immediately.
This is a lovely house with great amenities, and just had a luxurious family getaway feeling.
We plan to be back again!
What an amazing house! We booked this house with a couple of families and kids all 6 and under. Adam was incredibly gracious with his time during the booking processes and very responsive leading up to, and throughout our stay. We even had a quick question about operating the TV remote and Adam got back to us within 5 minutes.
The house itself was great as well. Very spacious while at the same time feeling very comfortable. The main living space was great to be able to cook, eat and hang out in the family room - allowing everyone to feel included.
Kitchen was really well stocked - probably the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The upstairs nook was a great little escape when needed with a comfortable seat and beautiful view.
The location was great - it was less than a1/3 of a mile off the main road, but the house felt like you were far away from everything. Great backyard with plenty of place to play and a great view of the mountains in the distance.
We were incredibly happy with the stay and will keep this one on our list to go back soon!!
We celebrated Christmas and an 80 year old’s birthday.
Wish we had brought more dish towels for drying dishes, but we did bring plenty of paper towels so all was fine.
