Gite on the 1st floor with access via an exterior staircase including a living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), a bathroom (shower) with closed WC in the room of water. Balcony with a deck chair. Parking for one car in front of the house. Gite in a house adjoining that of the owners, in a hamlet near Yenne, with shops and services open all year round. Pleasantly renovated cottage with care benefiting from an ideal location to discover the hidden treasures of this authentic and preserved territory. Gite located 2 km from Yenne, a shopping village in the heart of the Savoyard Avant-Pays, a hilly region popular with nature lovers: the lakes of St Jean de Chevelu at 7 km, Lac du Bourget at 14 km or Lac d' Aiguebelette 18 km away, canoeing on the Rhône, hiking trails including the Chemin de Santiago de Compostela, cycling routes (Via Rhôna greenway).
