Excellent layout with a master suite that opens to the private upper dining deck. Also off the master suite is an office equipped with a laser printer. The center of the house has a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The open kitchen has plenty of counter top space and a peninsula with bar stools as well as a breakfast nook. The two bedrooms on the other side of the house have the same 9 foot ceiling that are throughout the entire house. An amazing bunk room with 2 twin bed and a full bed inspires fun and laughter. The back bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with full view of the magnificent Colorado mountain back yard.

A true Colorado retreat must have outdoor living and this place offers all that should be found in Colorado. Come and enjoy the Colorado sun on the private sun deck and couch. Have your nightly meals and games on the large outdoor table. Go for an afternoon swim in the community pond. No need to get in the car to find those magical Colorado hikes, just walk down the street and enjoy the private neighborhood hiking trails.
