Welcome to the Greenport Getaway! Located in the center of the Greenport Village, this spacious residential home boasts two recently renovated floors, a deck off the kitchen and a private backyard.

This home is walking distance to many restaurants in Greenport, and a short drive to the best vineyards and beaches the North Fork has to offer.

This home is also walking distance from the Long Island Rail Road station, the ferry to Shelter Island, and the Hampton Jitney.

Nice house and great spot!

The house was super clean and new; great space for 5 college friends to reconnect. Easy walking distance to Greenport restaurants and shops.

A wonderful Greenport home

Such a cute perfectly set up home to use as a “base” as we ventured out to town and to wineries. Would absolutely rent again!

Why they chose this property

Completely new & renovated space! Entire home to yourself with driveway room for 2 cars, a front porch, back deck with patio furniture, grill, and spacious backyard.

What makes this property unique

The closest beach is at the end of 5th street (the house is on 3rd street). It is walkable, maybe a 15 minute walk. Or you can drive there, it is a public beach that has free parking. There are other beaches you can drive to: Truman's Beach and Town Beach. Note those beaches will be ~$20 for the day. There is also Orient Point State Park which is about a 10 minute drive and ~$10 / car. All are great options!
