Recently renovated, you will enjoy a bright space and the sunny loggia.
Ideally located, you will find in the immediate vicinity, a mini-market, many shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, banks...).
But above all, you will reach the pedestrian promenade by the sea and the beach, in 5 minutes on foot.

Forget the car, and enjoy La Grande Motte on foot or by bike.

Très bon emplacement, proche des commerces, environnement très calme. Il manque des ustensiles en cuisine comme une bouilloire, un assortiment de casseroles.Salle de bains un peu vieillotte….
